It has filler like methyl and proply parabens are carcinogens
Methy and proply parabens (ins 218 and ins 215)are FDA approved but it always excreted out through urine and u cannot have conclusive evidence of accumulation in body and cause of cancer.. But when used as sunscreen and exposed to uv rays it causes cancers it causes cell to produce nitric oxide and die fast . So aware of the shell ingredients 😢😢

Consume Omega 3 with Vit D,E & K in enough quantities
I like that Lipomic Omega 3 has high strength of it's most important ingredients viz EPA & DHA. 1.5 gms of EPA & DHA per serving is minimum quantity that each person has to consume per day. Addition of Vitamins D, E & K makes this product even more useful and unique. This is a complete product in itself.
