Great for hiking
Got this for hiking and long walks as I'd rather not use my backpack or day pack if possible – especially in the summer when it's hot. This fits in a decent sized water bottle with plenty of room for phone, keys and small energy snacks. I've knocked off one star just because it would have been better if the water bottle holder part was elastic, at the moment it only fits narrow-ish bottles, not larger ones but it does have a toggle if you have a long, narrow bottle.

Doesn’t last
Bottle compartment broken after a few months. Not happy.

Great belt - with some limitations
This is a decent waist pack but with limitations. You won't get much in the zipped sections and the water bottle holder isn't elasticated so you're limited to a particular size bottle. Too big and it won't fit, too small and it will move about or fall out.I'm not a runner these days, I walk long distance in all weathers. Now that it's cold again, I take hot tea.I use a travel mug but am restricted to just one of the two I have due to the fit. It's tight. My travel mug is 24 cm in circumference and it fits. I have to tug it but I can still use it whilst walking. My regular exercise water bottle is 24.2cm round. It also fits but only just. There is no way I can put it in and take it out whilst on the move. I have to stop and tug it out. I would find this annoying if running. That must be a 500ml bottle in the listing photos to look spacious, mine is 750ml.The waist belt is adjustable and generous. It gives a maximum waist extension of 139cm - around 54 1/2 inches. If you're quite small, the excess belt could be an issue to you. I'm a 29 inch waist and have the belt so that the belt holder loops are at their smallest fit and the excess belt doesn't flap. If you are tiny in the waist and have to pull it tight, the excess belt will flap. The zipped phone pouch easily takes my 6.7 inch phone and there's a small cable feeder hole although I use bluetooth headphones. The front zipped pocket is pretty small. I will take a few gel pouches or a slim snack but you won't get too much in it, its also quite difficult to get stuff in and out of it whilst on the move as the access is quite tight when the belt is on and pulled snug. The carry part of the belt is nice and wide, expanding to spread the weight of the water bottle, and it has breathable quick dry material. The belt looks and feels really well made, for me it's let down by the lack of elastic expander for the bottle and the snack / key pouch is too tight for easy access when on the move so I've dropped a star for this.
