I bought this product from my granddaughter and she adores it. I brought one for my daughter and she loved it then but with the softer tummy it’s fantastic you can even go in the bath brilliant

Great quality and good size. Only think it’s probably to much of a fuss to clean it every time if my daughter would feed the doll with provided food. That brings me to the next think it would be nice if it comes with more than one pack of food more than one diaper... but non or less it’s a great looking doll. Be aware if you wet the doll you need to keep it on the side for a while to get dry so if you have a routine in the evening with your child and it wants to play with it right after it might not work as the doll needs to dry or you risk cloth getting wet ( in bath -shower depending but less so)

I was a little worried about ordering such a big expensive/brand off of amazon, just before my child's birthday I'm not gonna lie, but the doll arrived well packaged no damage, very happy with my purchase, big thankyou to this seller my daughter will be very happy, I wouldrecommend and order again,

I’m returning this doll, it’s really not worth the money, feels just like any other doll you could buy cheaper. Not soft at all. It doesn’t make any noises or talk, which I already knew, but I think given the fact it doesn’t and it is not soft to touch it’s really overpriced. Don’t waste your money.

Doll is lovely and well packaged , lots of accessories too, makes the gift very special .pleased with my purchase .

My 2 year old granddaughter was really in love with this doll. She especially liked the nappy, potty, bottle feeding equipment and matching bracelet. We did not give her the food to make up, she can make enough mess without baby food! Not got to showing her that the doll will pee on the potty yet. More fun for her to find out at a later stage. The only negative was all the packaging and odd shaped box but I am sure it is all for transportation and attractiveness.

We've given our daughter one of these dolls 2 years ago for her first birthday. It's "her baby". It goes with her everywhere! One of the eyes stopped working properly soon after (it started being stuck). As it's got worse and worse over time and started upsetting our daughter, I brought it to the doll hospital (as Zapf doesn't offer repairs). Now, apparently those dolls are designed in a way that the head cannot be taken off for repairs. So a problem that would be easy to fix (a new hook on the eye lid) can't be fixed. You have to buy a new doll. According to the hospital they receive regular requests for fixing those dolls after a fairly short lifespan (2-3 years).So, Im now either forced to leave her with a "sick baby" that makes her upset, because she thinks it's hurting and she might have broken it, or throw even more money at Zapf, lie to my daughter and offer her a new doll as "baby released from hospital", risking she sees right through my scam. It doesn't seem to me like Zapf understands their audience at all: Little children for whom their favourite toy is everything, a family member, their "baby". And cares even less about protecting the environment for the generation they cater to. All into landfill.Wish I had never bought this and gone for a doll without any extras, that is of higher quality and can be mended!

I had seen many adverts and vids on Youtube. Therefore, on arrival I was more aware of what to expect than ever I was when my kids were growing up. I still think the doll is expensive but good toys always were pricey. The doll comes with lots of bits and overall I think it is a fair deal.Delivery was quick and precise. The packaging just about kept everything together except for one to two bits that had detached.Definitely no problems so far ... but this is before the big reveal!
