Very nice fabric for a prom dress. It's VERY hard to find quality satin. This is not the highest grade, nor is it true charmuese satin, but it's much, much nicer than costume satin, definitely good enough for a very nice formal gown. I'd say it's twice as thick as the costume satin at walmart, one side is shiny satin, one side is slightly duller. The blue is exactly as described. I bought the royal or sapphire blue, 10 yards. At first I thought they did not send me the correct amount but they take it off the bolt and crossfold it and send it as a square but once I rolled it all back onto my bolt I was very happy because it's nice and wide. I would say if you are a dressmaker like me, and the struggle has been real to find a good fabric place that doesn't charge an arm and a leg, you can get away with using this just fine. I would recommend it to a friend.

Very nice piece of fabric, perfect for my use since I only needed a small amount. The material is good quality and looks like it cost more than I paid for it.

When I opened the bag for this, I could not believe how soft this material was. The white is the brightest white id ever see. I bought this specifically for a craft project. Needless to say, there was no way I was going to cut this up for my initial purpose. Each time I take it out, there is NEVER a wrinkle. I can't love this more. It's genuinely exquisite. Very rich look and feel. Not recommended for your everyday craft project. I'd love to get MORE when I start seeing again. Highly Recommend this vendor for selling quality fabric 0st an affordable price.

High-quality fabric with no smell and color as shown. Worked great for a sewing project to create the back to a vest!

OK for a craft or costume, but never for clothing. I used the white for a project and it’s very thin and flimsy and when I spread it on the cutting mat, the lines of the grid were very visible through the fabric. It did work fine for the costume apron I was making but it’s definitely not a satin I would use for clothing.
