add says tear free but tubes say keep away from eyes?? help

This product prevents running into eyes and is water resistant but is not tear free. The Simply Protect Kids and Baby are tear free versions. - Banana Boat (manufacturer)

Does anyone know if this stuff clogs your pores? I really want to get it, but not if I'll break out because of it.

Definitely does not clog my pores. And I am not allergic to it. I have allergies to Neutrogena's Helioplex component.No problems with Banana Boat Kids.

Does it leave a white matte like streak on your skin?

The white lotion does rub into the skin so this should not be a concern.
