Bought this for post-surgical compression on the advice of my surgical nurse. I'm a size 6-8 and bought a M and L and alternate--the M is very tight but that's what my doc prefers. There's no way I'd be able to get the small on at all without hurting myself and don't imagine I could breathe. I have to wear these 24/7 for 6 weeks so I appreciate the quality, fit and comfort. I wash on delicate cycle and line dried.

I have bought 4 of these (from large to small). This is my second small size one and I bought it because I’d like to have a few to rotate. Initially I bought a size large as shapewear but then earlier this year I had a tummy tuck and these were life saving. The results of my surgery are so much better because I used these for post-op care. They are tight and keep you in place. They are also super comfortable and help define your shape. If you are looking for a garment for after surgery ir even just as a shapewear I recommend this one. And yes, I had bought many different ones before this one, but this one is by far the best at an affordable price.

It is too expensive for that quality.

Good support, quality material. I actually sized down and it fits extremely well. Patience are needed when putting it on it takes a bit of pulling but once on its very comfortable. I would recommend

I used other reviews stating sizes bought in relation to buyers weight/height rather than the size guide. I feel this was a mistake, as I probably should have gone up a size. Do not skip the size guide! Aside from being a tad too small, it was of good quality, seamless and easy to put on. There is a fold in the crotch that is presumably meant to make it easier to use the washroom without fully undressing to remove the straps. But I didn't feel confident risking urinating on the fabric so I didn't give that a try. Overall I was pleased with functionality of it and would buy again.
