Was afraid to try because of all reviews on other brands seem to have major digestive complaints. This has helped my stomach tremendously and has not cause any gastrointestinal issues.

It’s Okay
Quality products. I gave it 3 stars because the yellow color ingredients upset my acid reflux. I had to stop taking two a day for over 30 days. Once I resumed the product to avoid an upset stomach I take one before 8:00 am and again after 12:30 pm. It’s an okay way to reduce blood sugar along with a proper diet and regular exercise.
