I bought this item for my 18 month old granddaughter who LOVES to dress up in frilly tutus any day of the week. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and craftsmanship of this item, especially for the price! The tutu/skirt came on time in a mailing envelope appropriate for such an item. The size was just right and hopefully she'll be able to enjoy it for awhile, all you moms out there know how fast our little ones grow at that age lol! All-in-all, it's a great tutu at a great price!
