Surprisingly effective. These tablets work as an anti-inflammatory. I recently broke my ankle, and although it healed well the pain and discomfort, particularly in the morning and on cold days, didn’t recede. These tablets help to reduce the inflammation. They are not a cure, but a very welcome aid.
