Q: Is this machine good to make acai ?

I have never made acai, but I’m sure it would work as long as you blend the ingredients really good before pouring into the machine. So long as the mix is pretty liquidy, it should work. We did blend strawberry jam in with the milk and sugar one time before pouring in and that worked well. Chunks of fruit, however, would not work. It needs to be a thin liquid texture to work.

Q: we just got this machine. the buttons it has are auto, clean, standby, up, and down. how do you do hopper cooling while in auto without fresh button?

When the machine is on auto, it keeps the hopper cool. We really like our machine.
