I like that these can just go in the dishwasher, although I do hand wash the tops and grips. The stainless steel cup can be used for years after a child outgrows the sippy top. No worries about plastic chemicals or other chemicals/metals found in some insulated products. The covers take a bit of getting use to, but are easy enough to put on after the first few uses. Overlap the covers with the grip to keep them in place. Liquid will leak if the cover is pressed on a surface. So best to only use with water unless sitting in a high chair or at a table. One lid tore, and the seller immediately sent replacements. Would definitely buy again.

Love these cups to transition my 6month from a bottle. They are smaller and more lightweight than other non-plastic cups allowing her to be able to lift and control them, the silicone grips help her hold on and the elephant tops are leak proof when placed correctly, which I found very easy to do. The only issue I had, was the red elephant was leaking because the cross cut slit wasn’t tight enough to stop the water from coming out. I contacted the company as soon as I noticed it, and they agreed to send me a replacement and a few more lids. I’ve only had these for a few days so I can’t speak to durability, but they look sturdy and I know they are plastic free which is a must for me.

Came back to update my rating and reduced it to only one star. As I explained below in my original review, the lids are almost completely useless in my opinion. I like these cups, I like the idea of not feeding my kids micro plastics. However, the lids are very difficult to use, especially for my wife who has hand issues. She simply cannot stretch the silicone over the cup. I have trouble with them sometimes too, if lid cup or hands are all wet, forget even trying to get it on. Also, more often than not the lid pops completely off when my child drops the cup. I'm going to say the lids are almost useless, but it's a nice stainless steel cup.

I love that these are metal and can be put in the dishwasher but the lids are so hard to get on. They’re also not easy to travel with as there is no lid. However, my baby was able to easily figure out how to drink from this cup.

These Sippy Cups are good for people who are trying to avoid microplastics. The cups themselves are very durable and even though they have been drops plenty of times there's hardly any dents. The problem with it is the silicon spout, they aren't really easy to put on, however that also makes them hard to leak(if put on correctly) There's a bit of learning with it. However this is the biggest con about this is that you do need a bit more effort to stretch the silicon lids to fit perfectly. If you aren't careful the silicon can snap. After like a year of use I'd say 2 out of 4 of the silicon lids have broken. I think if I bought them again today being more familiar with the cups I wouldn't of broken them. Overall though I think they are great for environmentally thoughtful people and people who are concerned about microplastics with the caveat that there's a bit of learning to putting on the lids and risk of snapping them under improper fitting techniques

LOVE THESE! We were looking for a stainless steel sippy cup to avoid harmful chemicals and microplastics. This set comes with stainless steel cups and rubber lids and textured grips that have been tested and found to be free of harmful chemicals. I feel good giving this to my toddler because I know it’s safe rather than cringing whenever I’d give her a plastic sippy cup. My toddler loves the textured grippy ring and elephant shaped lid. She has been kissing the elephant’s face all morning. I love that she can turn the cup upside down and water doesn’t spill out. The lids and grips are tight but you want them to be. They are still stretchy and you can certainly stretch them over the cups. These also solve a problem for us where we have a ton of other cups where the lids broke. Now we can stretch these over any cup. I just love these. Totally get them and you’ll be so glad you did!

Trying to eliminate plastic for our 1.5 year old son and replacing with stainless steel and silicone. These sounded like they'd fit the bill. Overall, love the idea. The stainless steel cups are great. Our issues are with the silicone lids. For the most part they are leak-proof as long as they are pulled down securely. The only times we had issues with leaking is when our son plays with the spout which is not the lid's fault. Our MAIN ISSUE is the durability of the lids. In just a couple weeks, 2 of the 4 lids developed small tears which grew with each use and then did cause leaking issues due to the seal not being as tight as it should be. I expected some normal wear and tear but to have half of the lids unusable in less than a month did not seem acceptable. Thinking maybe they were defective I reached out to the seller with our issue and after a couple weeks still no response. Still using the cups and ordered replacement lids from another seller with so far no further issues. Overall, great cups but not the best quality from this particular brand.

I bought these for my almost two year old son. He’s really rough with cups and many of them are flung onto the ground with force. My plastic cups I hated using because they ALWAYS leaked (We’ve tried 10+ different brands) , were hard to clean, annoying to put back together, and I didn’t like that they were plastic to begin with. I LOVE that these Suncraft cups are simple, and Eco-Friendly. The ONLY time they spill is if the lid is on incorrectly. I’ve had the best success as long as the lid is pulled pretty much all the way down. The SunCraft cups have survived being flung onto the ground multiple times on both laminate and carpet without any leaks. My son LOVES them. He is drinking several cups of water, coconut milk& almond milk each day because of these cups. Which is something he hasn’t done in a long time! My ONLY complaints are that they aren’t bigger! And the rubber grips for the cups are a little too large and slide down easily.

These are absolutely amazing!! My kids love them, and I’ve researched that they don’t detect lead or any nasty stuff when lab tested as well, so that was big for our family, as well as no plastic. DON’T listen to the reviews about the tops being hard to put on, I have no idea what they’re talking about, I got them on first try. If you have a basic level of dexterity, you can easily do it too. No instructions needed, it’s pretty basic stuff Thank you SunZio! We love your sippy cups
