I really liked the softness of the fabric and its absorbency. I was actually able to keep it on the whole day and remained dry till the next morning. The pad part was a bit wider in the crotch and longer than my current product but due to the softness of the pad it didn't hinder my movement in any way. I liked the easy to tear off the sides.

I can't atest to the absorbency or leak proof capability of this overnight adult diaper. I didn't wear one long enough. The first one I tried only lasted a few hours before the sides tore apart too much. These were their S/M (up to 46" waist) but they are WAY TOO SMALL. I'm a 44" waist and I could barely get one on. When I did, the top of a side seam started to split immediately. During only a few hours of wear, more seams split. Then, they would not stay on at all due to the split seams. So I took them off and put on another competing brand of S/M (up to 46" waist) that fit great. Amazon only carries these VIVO in S/M and XL. No size L. So the remaining VIVO overnight diapers in size S/M were returned for a refund.

This pack of overnight diapers arrived quickly and well packaged. There are a total of 12 disposable pull on underwear in this set. These are soft and surprisingly comfortable to wear according to my father. He did say that these seem to run a bit more snug than others brands that are the same sizing, but since he has lost some weight due to his health over the last 6-8 months, he was still able to comfortably fit them. By looking at them they seem to have a little wider and longer coverage area compared to his previous brand, but he didn’t complain or any irritation or discomfort because of it. He was able to wear these throughout the night without leaks or his clothing or sheets feeling damp. He said they were easy to tear off in the morning, but didn’t show any signs or tearing or coming apart while wearing. He was happy with how breathable they were. No weird smells, no irritation, no reactions. The price point for these were affordable when compared to other packs with a similar quantity. Overall, this is a decent option for those who are looking for cost effective option that seems to have good coverage. Would recommend.

These 'VIVO' Breathable Overnight Pull-On, Incontinence Protective Underwear (I got one bag, with 12 count, Medium size), are a nice product to have on hand for various purposes. The underwear is easy to pull on and off, and they have quite a bit of leakage control, without feeling too bulky. The fit is perfect. These are mediums, but depending on how you're built, they definitely might fit someone who wears a large. These are nice to have, not only for bladder protection, but also for those who maybe need some extra protection for times of menstruation. They provide excellent all day and all night protection against leaks, and the thickness absorbs quite a bit. These are a nice quality product, great for all ages and genders. Very satisfied with these.

Definitely recommend it - most brands I've bought in a store just last 2-3 hours max before they need to be changed. The re-fastenable velcro is definitely a plus - found that one side flap could velcro on top of the other flap and could refasten it several times. Had tried so many different brands - this one seems amongst the best in the velcro strength and absorbency - got through the night with undisturbed sleep.
