I used this magnet sheet to conceal an ugly, rusted water heater cover in a bathroom. The tank itself is enclosed in a white metal box, kind of like a washing machine and would have been impossible to replace or paint, but this magnet sheet made it look brand new! It was very easy to trim with scissors for a perfect fit and magnet was very strong. Some of the rust bumps showed through, so it could be a little thicker, but it definitely improved the look of the appliance. Very happy with the results!

Worst quality. Magnet does not work and very thin material. It won’t stick to your vehicle and if you manage to get it to stick, it will look lumpy Do not buy

Can’t speak for longevity yet but I had to combat many of the poor reviews. I bought 2, 40mm 5 foot magnets. I only use them to place on the doors of a wrapped vehicle. I took them out of the packaging, stuck them to the side of my deep freeze in the garage and let them stay there for about 24 hours. No warping, no peeling, no imperfections on either side of the magnets, no peeling, stuck to the freezer as expected. Cut both 5 foot runs into the 4 pieces I needed, applied to the vehicle and they’ve stuck fine, at speed. This is on top of a wrap, which will degrade the magnet force, and they still stick perfectly. Hopefully this helps someone. I saw a bunch of reviews about warping/not laying flat and that they wouldn’t stay on a vehicle. My experience is the opposite. I run my magnets for a couple years (in TX heat and cold) then replace. I’ll be buying again (if they’re still selling them in a couple years).

The roll was packaged smooshed and crimped, damaging the sheet. On top of that, it’s thin. Not quality. And the magnetism is so weak it doesn’t hold itself up.

I used this make a cover for the cowl vent on my truck to keep water and insects out. It does the job very well, but the material seems a bit brittle. I remove it often, so it may just be my use case that exposes the issue. The magnetic strength is perfect: it stays on even when I forget to remove it and drive away but it is easily lifted off.

I trimmed this to cover heat/ac vents in my office at work and they do a wonderful job. They stick well, blend in with the wall, and are easy to move. They were easy to cut with just a normal pair of scissors and flattened out pretty quickly from being rolled. They've saved me from being cooked by my building's overzealous HVAC system.

The first 15” of the roll was not magnetized. So it was waste for my project. The rest worked fine for what I needed.

I really needed this product to work as advertised and was so disappointed. I suspect somewhere along the way it lost its magnetic properties and the seller is unaware the product is now defective.
