These are amazing railings. The wood is solid and looks great. soft, well finished, and very sturdy. I highly recommend!

The positives for this handrail first: I found it very easy to install. I was able to grab a stud with two of the three screws, so the mounting is very sturdy. The quality of the wood is decent. My biggest complaint is the thinness of the metal brackets. For just a few cents more, the metal could have been double the thickness. As it is now, the brackets flex when you put any weight on them. For me, it will serve my purpose, but only time will tell if those cheap brackets will hold up. Come on manufacturer, charge the consumer another buck, and ship this handrail with better quality brackets.
