Good ginger

Warning, warning, it contains lead, as-pertain and other chemical agents.!
disappointed to find that while this product advertises "natural" ginger, and "No MSG", "non-GMO", that it has Colorants ("E129", a commonly used Red Azo class of food dyes), Aspartame ("E951" - a particularly bad actor in the digestive tract, this and other artificial sweeteners interfere and kill good stomach flora). And, this product carries that California Prop. 65 Warning label noting "This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, and birth defects or other reproductive harm." I see that it also has Acetic Acid (vinegar), no problem there I assume, Citric Acid (a food preservative, related to Vitamin C, I believe?), and Potassium Sorbate (another common food preservative). I tried to do some quick web searching to see WHICH of these food additives causes this product to carry the CA Prop 65 Cancer Warning label, though could not find which it is. The Colorant E129 is supposed to be among the safest and lowest risk, among the most widely used colorants in use, though still gives me pause. Perhaps it is the Aspartame? I could only find that CA is considering adding Aspartame to its Propoosition 65 listing.

Delicious sushi ginger
Haven’t been able to find sushi, ginger and a substantial amount so I decided to look on Amazon and there it was a two pack of sushi ginger which my husband loves we got it in a matter of two days opened it up and it is delicious. It is in a plastic container, rather them glass so it was shipped rather quickly perfect perfect delicious sushi ginger the color was great. The taste was delicious and the price was just right on.
