Phone looks and works like new, hard to believe its a refurbished model. Would 100% buy again. Phone it self is great. fast, easy to use, takes great photos and videos.

LOCKED PHONE EVEN ON TMOBILE
Spent a lot of time searching for the right phone. Decided on this company & this phone. It said specifically it was for tmobile but after starting switch process & putting in my sim card, the phone wouldn't recognize it. I contacted tmobile to help, they tried unlocking phone, resetting sim card etc & it wouldn't work. She said tmobile does not support this phone & that they couldn't get it to work. So frustrating! Not to mention the phone wasn't in great condition, it had dings on the edges right out of the box. I still would of kept because I bought a case for it, but had to return all accessories too as I no longer needed them. Big waste of time.

Ordered Navy Blue phone recieved Bright Pink one
Ordered Navy Blue phone recieved Bright Pink one. Phone seems more beat up than Excellent condition ordered. It works though, am in a time crunch so had to keep it.

Locked device
Phone was locked, I tried many ways to unlock device with no luck, including calling both the previous and current providers. Both companies said the device appeared to be unlocked on their end but no luck with transferring. I finally got fed up and returned product with no success of ever using.
