I have used these name tag stickers a few ways.I've used them as described/directed.I've used them without the waterproof top layer.I've used the waterproof top layer on name tags (different than ones included) printed with my label maker.I've only used them them on plastic like surfaces so far. Can't comment on ability to stick well to other surfaces... but they've been thru the dishwasher 3 times & still perfect

With the return to school after coronavirus- I got these labels knowing we had used something similar for bottles in daycare. They don’t smear and are easy to use. We labeled all the kids water bottles, lunch box stuff and personal stuff with them. I find that these aren’t as durable as previous ones I got. They don’t always hold up in the dishwasher, like other labels I have used. I also haven’t tried them on clothing to know if they hold up to the washing machine. What I DO like is the variety of sizes for different sizes of dishes. Thinking about this now- I may use this on some of our camping equipment too.

I overheard other mom's talking about these labels at Preschool. Some types of water bottles are so popular, it leaves me guessing is that my daughter's water bottle or not when one is left behind at school. Sometimes I would let my daughter place a sticker on her water bottle to tell hers apart but I would have to scrub the stickers off later in the wash. I see people use Sharpies to write their kids names on the water bottles, but since I have 2 kids I could see that becoming an issue. To use these labels, first peel off the top clear sticker but keep it nice and do not discard because you place that clear sticker over the label to seal the ink and keep it water proof. That's why you can use any ball point or felt pen to write your kids name. My daughter enjoys picking out the sticker she wants to use for the day. These labels do work, but will come off easily by the end of the day.

Nail polish initials have been replaced a million times, masking tape is a joke on bottles, and I'd like to have a more permanent option so that as things get passed down from one kid to another, I don't have to relabel.Oh, hello!I dig the versatility of these labels. I can remove them if so choose. I get to choose what to put on the label (with so many of these types of stickers you have to order a single name that's printed on the whole batch). They're gender neutral so I don't have to deal with someone asking why my kid has X color of if they're Y gender.I don't often sterilize my bottles, pacifiers, etc. nor do I use a dishwasher regularly. These have been fine by hand washing, but steaming may produce a different outcome.In short: yay for not having to relabel bottles for the third time this school year!

I used the labels on all of my bottles and food containers for daycare. The labels have held up for over a year with only some slight peeling of the edges on a few. I mostly hand washed items, but a few times the items were put in dishwasher and the heat did not cause any issues with the labels. This product made life easier and I highly recommend for their ease of use and durability. The value didn’t seem bad to me either because they were low cost and I had more than enough labels left over that I have continued to find uses for. I also liked that they came in a variety of sizes that worked perfectly with different items. They do leave a bit of a residue when removing on some items, but I found it easy to get off with a little extra scrubbing.

Great for labelling sippy cups and bottles. Easy to write on, seal, and adhear. I hand wash my toddlers plastic sippy cup in 120 degree water, and these have held up nice after a month of daily washes. Side note: I dont think these would stay on silicone, but theyd be great for plastic, metal, or glass! Also, Theyre pretty cute.
