Women's Creatine for Muscle & Recovery, Unflavored, 60 Servings

I’ve been a loyal user of One Sol Creatine for Women Booty Gain for a while, and I always thought it was one of the best creatine products out there for women. It definitely helped me see progress in my workouts. I noticed improvements in strength, reduced recovery times, and increased endurance. Plus, I appreciated that it’s vegan-friendly and made from high-quality ingredients. For a long time, I thought it was the only supplement I needed to achieve my fitness goals. But recently, I came across Glute Y Glow Creatine for Women, and after trying it, I realized there’s a lot more a creatine supplement can do. Glute Y Glow isn’t just about fitness—it’s a 2-in-1 solution that combines booty toning with beauty benefits. That combination is a game-changer for me. The formula includes ingredients like Biotin, Creatine Monohydrate, Betaine Anhydrous, Epicatechins, and Astragin. Together, they don’t just help with glute toning—they also nourish your hair, skin, and nails. After using Glute Y Glow for just a few weeks, I’ve already noticed my skin looking more radiant, my nails feeling stronger, and my hair having a shinier, healthier look. One Sol focuses mainly on muscle growth and recovery, which is great, but Glute Y Glow delivers so much more. Another standout feature is the horchata flavor. Taking Glute Y Glow feels like a treat every day. It’s delicious, naturally flavored, and makes my daily supplement routine something I genuinely look forward to. On the other hand, One Sol is unflavored, which is convenient for mixing into smoothies, but it doesn’t give you that same enjoyable experience. The value is also impressive. Glute Y Glow feels like a product crafted specifically for women who want to glow inside and out. The balance of fitness and beauty benefits shows a deeper understanding of what we need in a supplement. It’s not just about getting stronger or building lean muscle—it’s about feeling and looking your best in every aspect. If you’re currently using One Sol or any other basic creatine supplement, I highly recommend making the switch to Glute Y Glow. It’s perfect for women who want a product that supports their fitness goals while enhancing their overall beauty and wellness. One Sol helped me achieve a lot, but Glute Y Glow has completely raised the bar. It’s worth every penny, and I can’t imagine going back!!

One Sol Creatine for women is fantastic! It mixes easily and has a neutral taste, making it simple to add to your daily routine. I’ve noticed improved energy and endurance during workouts, and it helps support muscle tone and recovery. The formula feels tailored for women, giving the benefits of creatine without feeling heavy or overwhelming. A great addition to any fitness regimen!

My favorite creatine mixes well my workouts are even more effective no stomach issues only thing I miss is the little booty shaped container lol but overall this stuff is good

I’ve been using ONE SOL Creatine+ consistently for about 3–4 months now, and the results have been amazing. My recovery time has improved dramatically—no more feeling completely wiped out after intense workouts. I can train harder and more consistently, especially on leg/glute days. The biggest win? My peach is definitely growing! 🍑 Combined with my workouts, this creatine has helped me build muscle and tone in all the right places. I also love that it includes Creapure® and L-Leucine—super clean and effective ingredients I can trust. It’s unflavored, so I throw it into my smoothies or pre-workout drinks without even noticing it's there. If you're looking for a supplement to support muscle growth, speed up recovery, and actually show results over time—this is the one. So glad I found it!

Love this product been using it for a while now but I recently got it again & it now comes in a bag and it taste bitter unlike the previous ones I’ve ordered ( which didn’t taste bitter or have a smell to it, which is why I stuck to it for so long ) but now this new one I got, it has a smell to it & taste bitter idk if they changed it to something different or what but really sad it’s not the same as always it’s completely different now.

I’ve been a long-time user of various creatine brands for my own training, but when it came to my wife’s supplement stack, she was much more selective. One Sol Creatine has become her absolute go-to, and after seeing her results and the quality of the ingredients, I can see why she sticks with it. Why She Prefers It: The biggest hurdle with most creatine powders for women is the "bloat" factor. My wife has tried several of the brands I use, but she always found them a bit heavy on the stomach. One Sol uses Creapure, which is a highly purified form of creatine monohydrate. It dissolves almost instantly and, according to her, causes zero digestive discomfort or unwanted water retention. The Added "Edge": Leucine Boost: The addition of Leucine is a smart touch. It’s an essential amino acid that helps with muscle protein synthesis, making this more of a "performance blend" than just a basic single-ingredient powder. Mixability: This is a true "unflavored" powder. She mixes it into her morning coffee or pre-workout, and it doesn't leave that gritty "sand" texture at the bottom of the glass. Performance Results: She’s noticed a steady increase in her strength and recovery time since making this a permanent part of her routine. It’s been especially effective for her during high-intensity training days when she needs that extra bit of endurance. Pros: Creapure Quality: Uses the gold standard of creatine for purity. Gentle on the Stomach: No bloating or "heavy" feeling post-workout. Natural Formula: No artificial fillers or weird aftertaste. Cons: Price Point: It is a bit more expensive than bulk "generic" creatine, but for the purity and the fact that she actually enjoys taking it, it’s worth the extra few dollars. Final Verdict: If you’re a woman looking for a clean, effective creatine that won't mess with your digestion, or a guy looking to get a solid supplement for his wife, this is the one. It’s high-quality, effective, and clearly formulated with a woman's physiology in mind.

I really liked this product in the past, but it sucks now. They used to give you 100 servings and it came in this cute booty container. Now they changed the look to a basic bag with 60 servings for the same price. The taste is also a little bit of a weird after taste, where as before you tasted nothing. Not worth buying, unless they make those changes back to the way it was.

Great creatine supplement. It mixes well and has no taste, which makes it easy to add to any drink. Good quality ingredients and good value for the price. I feel more strength and energy during workouts. Very satisfied with this product.”
