It's Earth Sleeving
I can only think of one downside which is that some of it was slightly crushed by cable ties so I'll give it a 4, but to be honest it's perfectly fine for use.

No more cadging off father-in-law and hoarding offcuts!
I was forever cadging sleeving off father-in-law who had a reel of this and then keeping loads of offcuts, but knew I had to up my game and buy myself some. No more cadging and no more offcuts - just cut what I need and be done with it.

NO ES CABLE. ES SÓLO UNA CAMISA VACÍA.
Sólo es una camisa vacía. HUECA. NO TIENE CABLE DENTRO.

Filo di massa terra
Mancava il filo internamente...era solo una guaina non un filo di massa terra

Spero sia un errore
Non se non abbia capito io, oppure è un errore, il cavo giallo verde e solo guaina senza rame dentro!
