It works!
I was sceptical this would work and that i would have wasted my money. I brought this essence as my 4 year old son is going through the terrible fours. It has been taking me 3 to 4 hours to get him to sleep. Since taking the essence he has been a lot calmer and now only takes hour or so to get him to sleep. It does say on the packet to give the drops throughout the day. But i found this sent our son to sleep during the day. So now we do drops in the afternoon and then just before bed. We have also reduced screen time down to 2 hours a day.

Plus: Definitely helps me unwind at bedtime in combination with healthier lifestyle choices, fresh air, excerise and diet. Would recommend for anyone that struggles to switch off their mind at night. Con: Too expensive

Good solid deep sleep
I have clinical insomnia and have tried everything including zopiclone to help me sleep which leaves me very spaced out the next day - this has helped me sleep very well and deeply aswell without any after effects The only reason i took one star off was that it I dont think it can be used a permanent solution and only for a period of time which leaves me stuck for that time when I cant take it

Bought this on a reccommendation for my autistic daughter to help her drop off at bedtime. But it just didnt work for us.

Didn’t work for us
Didn’t work for us but worth trying. We tried on our autistic son and his father with insomnia. None of them fell asleep. Maybe it’s efficient on other people.

Give them a try!
I love these drops. They really seem to take the edge off not being able to get to sleeo. My problem was more, over thinking during 'drop off' time which would then keep me awake, and these drops really do stop those wandering thoughts.

The best!
Jan de Vries essences are the best.. Far better than the rest of the commercially made ones. Only needed for a few nights until I got back to sleeping naturally
