As someone recently diagnosed, I’m still learning all the different little things that help me manage and soothe my symptoms. There’s definitely been an emotional side to adjusting to having to think about this every day, so finding products that make my routine feel a little more comfortable has meant a lot to me.I’ve really been loving this daily cleanser. It’s become a comforting part of my routine and has helped me feel cleaner and more soothed, especially while I’m still figuring out what works best for me. I also like following it with a small amount of virgin coconut oil to help calm and help lock in moisture.I’ve also found that little things outside of the actual products can make a difference mentally. I recently invested in a nice Dosey pill case after trying several cheaper ones, and having something that feels pretty and intentional for my daily medications has surprisingly helped. It doesn’t change the diagnosis, but it makes something that initially felt really upsetting feel a little more manageable and less clinical.Still learning my own routine, but having a few things that make me feel comfortable and cared for has genuinely helped.

If you're like me and have been using a Glp-1 medication which is causing you a lot of grief from constant bv's or just overall pH imbalance then you definitely need to try this wash. I've tried almost every wash you could think of from organic brands to vagisil and everything in between. This is literally the only wash that takes away that pesky deep musky smell that sometimes smells like strong B.O. it's not one of those tingling washes which I hate because they get up in my urinary canal And cause a lot of discomfort so I hate those type. This creates just enough larger to clean and rinse without feeling like it takes forever to wash off. I feel do fresh downstairs and haven't felt this way in so long while. I also combine it with Vmagic balm because I tend to get a bit dry and that can throw off your pH aswell. I highly recommend this along with trying the balm to have. Completely fresh feeling even when I'm on my period this stuff works amazing. Great value for the money because it Actually works unlike most everything else.

I've tried more expensive cleansing washes with more ingredients, but keep coming back to this one. Reasonably priced, effective, no weird smells or perfumes, no odor whatsoever which is what you want. Simple and effective.

This product works wonders! Going through menopause and developed itchiness in private area. This calms and soothes all symptoms in that area. Might work differently for others but I HIGHLY recommend for menopause itchiness.
