Foot Massage Roller, Muscle Roller Stick for Plantar Fasciitis Recovery and Tight Muscles Relax

Lovely cooling sensation and instant relaxation of my heel and ankle.Used for plantar facsitis in combination with heel pads and I'm recovering much faster than the first episode.It's a good size for my wide foot and easy to use.

I got this for my foot pain around the arch. The pain relief was instant. The design and quality are both good. I got them for my foot but I used them around my ankles, calves, wrists too. It's that good.

The roller is made of good hard plastic (on the sides-wheels) and rubber (center). In my opinion, it is better to use it on carpet. If you use it on a slippery floor the wheels turn by themselves.I use it for foot/heel massage because I have heel pain and it helps if you use this roller systematically. I have also used it to massage my upper back.Overall the roller is helpful and does its job.

It was for my mum , easy to use and it’s helping relieve her symptoms of a painful foot .

It was okay. I used this for quite a few weeks in the hopes it would help my plantar fasciitis but it only antagonised it more. Very uncomfortable to use, I wouldn’t recommend.

This is a real treat for my feet. It works wonders for either just a massage or if my fee are painful. It's good quality I think very good value for money. Thank you

•After purchasing this foot massaging roller one month ago, and doing exercises for 5 - 15 minutes every evening, my PLANTA FASCIITIS foot pain has depleted from an excruciating 9 to a very low manageable 2 to 3. After suffering for nearly four years, waking through the night, plus early hours of the morning with such ongoing pain. I am so relieved and happy to have slept so much better. •There is a small LEAFLET that comes with this item, careful not to throw it away with the box. Because mine was stuck flat inside and I only looked for it after noticing it was mentioned in a review here. •The roller is STURDY. •The green colour is pleasant. •The price charged is very reasonable. •The delivery was NEXT DAY. •A good TIP from an expert about the FOOT massaging which I found to be useful is : Massage SLOWLY I.e. 5 seconds to roll up - 5 seconds roll down. Keep within the arch of your foot applying gentle pressure. Do these for a few minutes only on each foot. Don't overdo it, but try to do EVERY day even if you feel there isn't time - at least do something! It worked for me. My best day, I had NO PAIN. Certainly I recommend this particular Foot massage roller. I wish pain free FEET for you too - GOOD LUCK.
