I'm a big guy and this supports my weight no problem, especially when using it over the shoulder blades and lower back. I'm glad it came with an instructional binder, otherwise I'd likely look up an exercise once and then wrong do it forever. Whereas, I can simply refer to this guide everytime. Thank you

Well first up, there’s nothing foam about this roller at all. It’s for deep tissue massage and is solid as a rock. Recommended by my physio who said I have to work on my quads and glutes. It’s an instrument of torture - painful but necessary - and is doing the job, using 3 times a day to alleviate patellar tendonitis. I’m nearly 60 and a watersports instructor and I now know I need to use this for life. Lucky me. The booklet is a definite bonus as it neatly explains key areas to work on.

Amazon locker delivery, wanted a large roller for rolling feet while sitting, this is perfect at helping movement from swollen ankles, solid inner tube, softer squidgy blue outer rubber not painful at all, superb for my use

I was great for about a month until the plastic inside snapped in half therefore rendering the foam roller useless. I weigh 19 Stone and was using it a few times a week on my back, so I guess Im too heavy for it. It's a shame because i really liked it, but there is no point in buying another one if it's just going to break again.
