I got this for my 6 year old son. The mild berry flavour is actually something he enjoys using, which makes getting him to rinse much easier. His breath seems fresher after using it, which is what you want. No irritation either – it’s gentle enough for a child to use regularly without any issues. Good value for the money. I’d say it’s worth setting up a subscription too, mainly because I always forget to order and it means you don’t have to think about it.

I've been using Listerine Smart Rinse Mild Berry for a while now and it's become part of my regular routine. I use it right after brushing - just pour a small amount into a cup and swish it around. The mild berry flavour is really pleasant, and being alcohol-free means there's no harsh burn or sting like you get with traditional mouthwashes. I bought two of these as they were on sale. I absolutely loved them from my child. The taste is nice and there’s no complaints. I will definitely recommend this more than the strawberry or anything because it gets them used to the flavour.
