I always find myself coming back to this particular product. It’s very good value for your money, and you can choose to take either one or two of the pills. The recommended dose is 2 pills but if you have an upset stomach or anything you can just take one, or you can split it across the day. It definitely did help me sleep. I take it about an hour before bed and then once I’m in bed I feel very tired and ready to sleep. I wouldn’t go as far as saying THIS WILL MAKE YOU FEEL KNOCKED OUT but it definitely helps your body feel less tense and ready to sleep.
