Bought as a gift, it appears to be as described.

Very disappointed with this product. Not user friendly at all to assemble, and very difficult to position it to create music. Must hold mechanism onto the base - it doesn’t attach to the base. Must disassemble mechanism to change drums with different songs. Just very disappointing.

I absolutely love it. It comes with four songs twinkle twinkle little star, Frerer Shaka, 10 little Indians, and old McDonald had a farm. I totally recommend this product for kids who likes music boxes

This is not the sellers fault but it doesn't really fit together so well..so you cannot easily play it. Sad

Cheaply made parts that are very fragile and brittle and broke when trying to assemble it. Avoid buying this item.

The music box is crafted well, but it was not as advertised. The product description said that it would come with a blank music sheet and a puncher so you could create your own music, but no music sheet and puncher were in sight. The built in songs were fine, though pretty quiet, it just was not a “custom” music box as advertised.

Fairly simple to put together, instructions were clear enough but the pieces are cheap and did not align properly. In the end it’s completely unusable. Two stars because at least my kid and I had fun trying, but would have preferred to spend my $20 elsewhere.

When I assembled the music box per instructions, the crank would not mesh with the gear wheel. So, turning the crank did not create any music. I took it apart and put it back together 3 times, but I could never get it to work. After taking it apart a few times some of the screws stripped which meant I could no longer re-assemble it. It was a waste of time and money.

Las piezas de plástico son muy frágiles, si aprietas mucho los tornillos se deshacen, las instrucciones son muy claras y es fácil de armar, solo que algunas piezas tienes que encontrarle la manera de acomodarlas, sino no sonará la caja

An integral piece was so flimsy it snapped two seconds after winding it for the first time.

Cuesta mucho montarla. Era un tegalo para un niño de 10 años pero al final del montaje era imposible acabar de ajustarlo y un adulto tuvo que acabarlo (con bastante dificultad). No resulta facil hacer el cambio del tambor con la melodía. Mejorable.

We bought this as a gift for my son, who loves collecting music boxes. This kit is too filmly. The small part that attaches at the back of the drum broke at the screw heads after swapping just 2 drums. Unlike the rest of the body, it's made of plastic, which isn't great quality. A kit that comes wth multiple drums is expected to at least allow swapping them without an problem. Extremely dissapointed, and son is sad too!
