I really like this weighted vest. I live in London and don't drive so I walk a lot. I wear the vest at the weekend when I am going to the shops or walking in the park. I was searching for a weighted vest for a petite woman. I am 5 ft 1 inch and weigh 110 lbs. this vest fits perfectly. I ordered 6 lb vest but I was delivered 8 lb vest. I am glad I have a slightly heavier vest. It came exactly like the photo, with only one strap across upper chest. NO SMELL on this vest at all. The mesh pocket on the back is useless to me as very difficult to retrieve anything from it while wearing the vest. I still need to wear a waist belt for keys and phone .
