The size is perfect for squats and it feels very sturdy. I purchased a different brand before that was nos as good as this one. I am very pleased with this wedge and I highly recommend it for home workouts or even for the gym as it is lightweight and easy to transport.

I would rate this as one of the best purchases I have ever made for my workout journey. Thought it was weird at first but it really did help my posture and improved my form. Finally felt like i was hitting the perfect squat. The foam is high density and I have been using it for 2 weeks and its holding up just fine. It fits in my gym bag so its easy to take to the gym and the design is sleek so its not embarrassing when i use it. Also, the packaging is nice so thats a plus. 10/10

Good product. Works good for quad work and calf raises. No issues. The density is good. Firm, but not too firm that is hurts when working out without shoes. I would have given it 5 stars if it would have been about foot longer and maybe another inch higher. Overall works well for our home gym.

I don’t really have trouble squaring full down but this does make my squats feel more comfortable. Light and sturdy.

I wanted to love this, but it’s just OK. I think my main issue with it is that the slant is not steep enough. I like that it’s one piece, so you don’t have to worry about lining up two separate wedges (one for each foot). If you’re looking for an incline that really targets your glutes, this one is probably not steep enough for that.

Great wedge. I use mine mainly for barbell squats, RDLs, and calf raises when I can’t use a machine. The wedge is extremely light, sturdy, and the wide design allows me to make sure the wedge is straight. I’ve tried other wedges and so far this is my favorite. You can really feel the difference in my quads when using this product.10/10 I would recommend this product.

Doesn't feel sturdy... like styrofoam

I love how it is not heavy but yet it is sturdy enough to endure some heavy lifting. I wasn't expecting to love it as much as I do. Yes, a couple of dumbbells can get the job done, but I lift better and heavier due to not having to fidget around with setting up my feet on the dumbbells.

Was worried it would be too squishy but the foam is super solid. My only issue is that it's pretty light and has no rubber on the bottom, so if you accidentally hit it with your foot while stepping back it will move.

Cheap styrofoam product and after a week of using has worn out thin and started to break down.
