Does it clean gel mattresses ?

Not sure on that one it didn't clean stains on a ordinary mattress type

does it remove urine stains on a mattress?

Yes it does. Even ones several years old. You'll need to apply to the stain several times if its old and rub with kitchen paper, but light and recent stains will disappear pretty much on their own.

How long before I can use the mattress again

Never used on a mattress. We use it on a carpet when our 16 year old dachshund does a wee. It takes the stain and the smell out and we walk on the carpet ar soon as the spray dries and has been vacumed. I presume it would be the same on a mattress.

This matress stain remover is fabulous ive been using a few years i find very helpful as I have a stoma and sometimes it leaks highly recommend.
