I bought this hoping to sleep through the night without having to wake up to use the bathroom—and so far, it seems to be working. What I bought it for: Reducing nighttime bathroom trips so I can get better, uninterrupted sleep. What I loved: ✔️ I’ve had noticeably fewer nights waking up to pee ✔️ Easy-to-take capsules with no taste at all ✔️ The glass bottle is a great touch for anyone avoiding plastics What I didn’t love (being honest): I’ve only been taking it for about a week, so it may be too early to judge full effectiveness. Results after using it: Out of the past week, I’ve only had to get up during the night twice, which is an improvement for me. I’m planning to keep using it to see if results continue to improve. Great for prostate and hair growth plus more
I purchase this for my husband every 2 months because I read the benefit of it were for the prostate. He’s still young but it’s never too early for preventative care and it also helps with hair growth so that’s something I see his hair has been flourishing in thickness !

Worked for menopause low hormone with hair loss
This stuff really works! My nails are so much stronger than with any other product! I think it also helped thicken my hair back as well… I have lost a lot and this filled in my parts a bit more

Mixed results
The first bottle was excellent. Results were better than other Sal Palmeto formulas. The second bottle was very disappointing.

PSA dropped from 5.3 to 2.1
My dad’s psa dropped from 5.3 to 2.1 (59% decrease ) in 6 months by taking one capsule in morning and one at night. Buy it! It works! I also have him taking Garden of Life Men’s Vitamin Code Multivitamin with lycopene (and other vitamins that studies have found support prostate health).
