DO NOT BUY THESE CARTRIDGES
This refilled cartridge was identified by HP as a problem cartridge and shut down my equipment permanently. Told me I needed a service call to unlock it which costs more than a new machine. They locked my cartridges under the plastic housing on inside the fax/copier/scanner machine to the right and said I cannot be corrected without a service call to repair. I can buy a brand new Epson all in one for less than a service call. Amazon customer service does not speak english. After 45 minuets into a chat they had no clue that my ink cartridge is not compatable with and HP machine as advertised. Every chat message required a translation overseas somewhere. Took forever. Ask a simple question and it takes several minuets before they even start to respond. Then another person took over and started from the very beginning like what product are you talking about. So I quit and gave up and now need to trash my fairly new home machine because of a faulty cartridge. BUYER BEWARE!
