why isnt the ingredients listed?

I don't know why the ingredients are not listed. Somthing that needs to be addressed with the company. All I know is it has not taken me out of keto or raised my sugar. I'm grateful to have found this product. Also I purchased the strawberry flavor.

Sugar alcohols like Stevia and Erythritol are not usable by your body, so they do not 'count' as carbs. Your body will only utilize 1g carbs per tablespoon as per the nutrition label. 4g total, 3g sugar alcohols. Always subtract FIBER and any sugar alcohols from the total carbohydrate count to get your 'net' carb count. This is critical for diabetics and those following keto diets. It's also why the calorie count is so low.

GOOD GOOD NSA Blueberry Jam

I have Type 2 Diabetes and don't need any additional sugar in me, so I was happy to find the GOOD GOOD Blueberry Jam with No Sugar Added. Great taste and their NSA Strawberry jam is also very good!

As diabetics have a limited choice l tried this, it is very runny and the flavour is fairly bland sadly. Good news is sugars do not spike with it, used it in baking and on toast. A blob in Greek yoghurt adds some flavour. Worth it for the chance to use jam though.

Delicious !

I love the product - I’ve tried the blueberry and now the strawberry. We buy the 6 pack - it’s the best deal. I’m on a low carb food plan (keto) and have very little or no fruit - except for this yummy jam.
