Just burnt straight down the middle leaving so much wasted wax, almost gone after a few hours not the advertised 30 hours

Seems to keep insects away, although candles were prone to tunnelling (even with sufficient burn time and wick trimming) so they do not last as long as they could.

The candle is in an attractive glass holder and well packaged. It keeps the flies away well and smells good without being too synthetic.Only lost a star as sticker on the holder is wrapped all the way around the glass and hard to remove in full.
