Does this fit the Cybex Cloud Z car seat?

I’ve got the Aton M car seat which looks similar size so I’d say yes it would.

Will this be compatible with the brand new cybex cloud z2 that is coming out soon?

Yes the only difference with the Z2 is the newborn insert has more padding and there is a slightly different mechanism for rotating the car seat in the car. The seat is the exact same size and has the same functions as the previous model. The rain cover is long enough that it fits the seat in the lie flat position! I only washed my cover last night for baby no 2 and both car seat and cover are like brand new.
