what colour is the shade "starry eyed"? im looking for browns..

Starry eyed is too purple & goth like, but that's just my opinion, as I have very fair skinned.

Is this the same colour as the previous 700 in a different package?

It’s a slightly different shade I bought it thinking it would be the same however I still wear it.
