Very confused by the sizing. i wear l in all clothes, but waist measurement here would suggest none! across belly button is sadly 39in. suggestions??

Hello!  Hope I can help.  I have a 36.5" waist, wear a size 12 (or 14) and just purchased an XL.  They are VERY comfortable!  The waistband only rolls slightly when I'm sitting, but not when standing or walking around.  That being said, I don't feel they're very "compressing," so I'm going to order the L next.  I'll still keep the XL, as they'd make great lounging pants.

Do these pants give good support in the knee area?

I now have 3 pairs of these, and they are my favorite ones! Yes, they have support everywhere! I am 5’4, 125 lbs; and usually wear a size 6-8, or 28-29 in pants, and jeans. I ordered 2 pairs in a L, and 1 in a M. I prefer the L. Wish they had more in solid colors, with pockets....

I weigh 165 and have terribly swollen legs. I usually wear size 12 what size should I order. I need them for compression.

I am 5ft 8, weigh 195 and usually wear a 16.  I have a custom stocking for my edema.  I bought xxl.  They are not as hard to put on as a stocking and that us why I love them...they actually work for compression.  They are not just tight leggings.  I wore them flying twice and did great with little swelling.  I found them comfortable and they didn't get loose as the day went on.  They held their shape.  It's why I bought additional pairs.  I have worn them out and even slept in them.  Love them.  Edema is hard to manage at times.  These are the best thing I have found for it
