Great addition to my morning smoothie
I bought this as an easy way to add more protein to my morning smoothie, and it's worked great. It mixes well, has no flavor that doesn't overpower the other ingredients, and makes it easy to increase my protein intake. I'll definitely keep buying it.

Clean protein powder
Love this brand and the option for a protein without fillers and sugars and junk. Taste is okay though. Need to compensate for taste in recipes since this basically has no taste.

To help with Senior protein intake
I use this to increase protein content principally of two fresh scrambled eggs. I am over 80 and am trying to get 120-130 grams of protein spread throughout the day. The purpose is to stem the loss of muscle tissue. I wish I had known these things 15 years ago.

Mixes well. No foaming. Used as a protein shake. Works perfect. :)
Simply mix it in a blender with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 8 ounces of water per scoop. The peanut butter is important, it helps it to mix properly. Excellent shake. I prefer Bob's Evans egg whites, but this is the only substitute that I have found that actually works the same. It's as close as you are going to get. Highly recommend! No stomach issues, no foaming, let the blender do the mixing and don't forget the peanut butter. Enjoy! :) :) :)

Doesn't mix good at all!
This stuff is horrible, I have a shaker glass and I mixed it with orange juice, this stuff is almost all foam, I'm never buying this junk again!
