I ordered this October 10th 2023. By the time I started using it its only been a little less then a year and a half. This is for my personal use, and making gifts here and there. Never used that much. This last month the heating controller went out on it. I messaged the company to purchase another control box, and they were no help, said I had to order a whole new unit. I have other parts to this press that I've never even had a chance to use. Im very disappointed. Now from reading other reviews, this seems to be a problem with the units. Dont buy them. I just purchased a new HTVRONT 2 after reading reviews on them! Run from this company.

I love it! I created my first heat press design, and it turned out great. It took me a moment to set the temp and time but it worked out well. Make sure it is placed where there is enough space to swivel the top. The accessories that came with made it even extra cool.

Great machine for the price. Served it's purpose well but after about 4 months of moderate use, the control box malfunctioned. OK, cool. Let's replace the control box. Easy, right? Wrong. You won't find a replacement here on Amazon. Maybe not anywhere on the internet. Luckily the warranty has me taken care of. Purchase with caution and know that this control box has a 5 pin input that you're not gonna be able to replace if it breaks or malfunctions.

I do love my heat press. Especially, the swing-away handle, because I tend to be a bit clumsy at times, and I was afraid that I would burn myself. By the time I get in my office, and turn the heat press on, check my emails the heat press is ready to go. I am excited about my newfound toy. In preparation for getting the moisture out of the t-shirts, I realized that I could use the heat press as an iron. I always use a parchment sheet on top of my tees when I am pressing. It does a great job with the tees.

The foam keeps sliding off the platform. Every time I put a shirt in and want to take it off after I am done, the foam saludes off. Jodie’s are hard to press as there is no room for the sweaters hoodie.

This heat press is great! The heat distribution is impressive and it was easy to put together. This was a gift for someone and she LOVES this press! The BUT comes from me not paying attention when placing the order. I thought the attachment had the ability to handle 20 oz. tumblers but it doesn't. I'm hoping that I can just but the extra attachments. I really don't want to send it back. Help Vevor!
