Needed a 9 got a 10 - not a bad fit - nice boots.
I first bought a pair of veggie/vegan docs about 6 years ago size 9 but they were too small... Eventually sold them on Ebay for as much as I paid for them so not too much of a disaster.Having worn docs for years and still owning a couple of really ancient leather pairs, generally size 9 is a good fit... Having seen the vegan range grow in recent years I went to the store in Carnaby Street and tried some of the 9 1/2s on and found that like the 9s they were too tight, particularly across the breadth of the ball of the foot, so didn't bother. Then I went on to vegetarian shoes from Brighton who said that if you wanted a half size to order the size down as their sizing runs large, having bought and tried the air-seal Chelsea this turned out to be too tight and didn't appear to give with plenty of wear, eventually sold those on Ebay too, this time at a significant loss...Roll forward to 2019 and I decided to take a punt on the Size 10 Chelsea Vegan DM and they are really comfortable, they are just a tad too long but more importantly for me fit well across the breadth, and with thick socks you'd hardly know the difference, side by side with my old Leather size 9s they are the same breadth and just a tad longer...

Impressive and beautiful!
These are incredible boots, seems odd not having to polish them, just a wipe and they're done. Comfy and tough and my first vegan boots, I was not disappointed. My only complaint is they are definitely smaller than they say, I'm a 9, but got a 9.5 to allow for socks and they just fit. As I now don't need thick socks, it worked out perfect. Add half a size for sure.

Love them but pricey and a bit wide
Just got these and I love them. They look just like the original leather ones. They are a bit wide but I guess as these are unisex this is to be expected. So for women's feet they are a bit wide. Extremely confortable so far and really pleased. They are expensive and I am not sure how the price is justified for synthetic leather but worth the extra not to have leather.

The vegan "leather" is very soft with a natural shine ...
The vegan "leather" is very soft with a natural shine to it. The soles are solid and are well knit with the vegan leather. The shoe sits very well on the footThe order was fulfilled very promptly and was delivered even few days before the expected date, what I truly appreciated as it came before Christmas.

Uncomfortable
Beautiful but overrated, not comfortable at all such a shame unfortunately (I bought the correct size btw)

Smart looking and versatile
Got these for my husband as a gift, as he is vegetarian but wanted nice shoes.they look super smart, and are a lovely shiny, dapper burgundy. The colour is fairly accurately represented here, though there is an even nicer deep ruby undertone to these in real life. It took a few weeks for him to break them in, but he's not used to wearing shoes so that was part f the problem. Now they are nice and softened up several months later and still look great. He says they are fairly comfortable, and they also so keep his feet dry in the rain. They go with pretty much everything.
