Absolutely love this!!! Since I cannot go to the salon to get waxed (thanks covid-19) this is the next best thing. Yes, it hurts as you're effectively pulling out hair.. but the beauty of this product is that it can be used in the shower.. and the pain is bearable if almost non-existent in the shower. I've actually recommended this to my mum and sister in law, and they both having used it are in love with this product. The massage roller helps to reduce pain too, and the different attachment heads just allows easy use in different parts of the body. I've successfully managed to go hairless on my full legs, arms and even underarms. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS!P.s. see photo of leg 4 days after use. I normally have thick growth and this actually feels just like freshly waxed leg.

I received this epilator today and I love it, it's absolutely painless both on wet and dry skin, but I am using it to removed hair that grew a few days after waxing so there is not so much hair as I usually have on my legs. It removes thick hair as well as the thin ones. There is one problem it has and I don't know if it's just my machine or it happens to others as well, a few minutes after I used it it started to screetch, although it is still working and removing the hair, but the screetching is quite loud, it sounds as if the engine is over worked and a little hot. Does it need lubricant or can I get a replacement or a repair? I'd be very sad to send it back now after I received it. I had bad experience with other epilators because they were all painful and I gave up using them for years but with this one I don't think I will step in a saloon to wax my hair very soon. How can I solve this issue? Can I get a replacement or a repair? How long does the repair take and to receive the epilator back? Thank you.**Update**I sent my epilator for repairs as it stopped working properly, it was repaired the day it arrived to the repairing center, it was given a new epilator head, and it returned back as a little beast, better and stronger than it was when I bought it. I am very happy with the repair service and I am very very happy with my epilator now. The service was very fast and I was given updates on the repair status all the time. Thank you very much for repairing my epilator. It's a very good product 👌

This is the updated version of the one I have and it's really good, - I bought it for my 14 year old daughter and she is happy using it. I've had mine for a few years now and I'm really pleased with it. Whilst the initial outlay is quite a lot, it's vastly cheaper in the long run than paying for a wax treatment. I do my legs weekly, so you don't have to wait for all your hair to grow like you do for a wax, and it keeps on top of the situation! With frequent use the pain is minimal and the hair regrowth is definitely less as the years go on.

I've never used an epilator prior to this so I can't compare to other epilators. I've only used it on the bottom half of my legs so far and I have used it dry as opposed to wet.Sometimes I do have to go over the hairs several times in order to remove it. Hence the 4 star and not 5. As a first time user, it is painful initially, so having to go over it several times is annoying! The build of the epilator is robust and is very easy to use. The heads are very easy to change and clean. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Let’s be clear, my pain threshold is pretty low however, using the silk epil at the right time of the month hurts less and really does an amazing job. It is easy to use and easy to clean. This is not a pain free method of hair removal and would suggest that women who have a menstrual cycle, with a very low pain threshold wait a week after their period to epilate as I have found this to be the least painful time as opposed to the week before you’re due. I’m not sure why this makes a difference, but it does to me so I hope this is helpful! Though I’m sure it won’t be so helpful to those who manage childbirth with no pain relief. Anyway, I’m so glad I purchased this item, worth the money and very quick. I can already see a difference in reduction in hair re-growth too. Would definitely recommend. I have to say that I haven’t used it in the shower because I can’t see that well without my glasses on but it’s been amazing used dry.
