Got for my skin , but no amount of messaging this just didn't absorb into my skin just sat there, was horrendous I had to take a shower to wash off. So now it's in the kitchen and use for cooking. There's no taste of it on what ever your stir frying or doing a egg, love a fried egg on toast. It great value as a little goes a long way.

GREAT QUALITY ORGANIC COCONUT OİL
Despite the reviews about the container I personally have found this quite adequate. The coconut oil smells amazing and is so soft so it is perfect for creating your own skin care/haircare or beauty product's if you are interested in this. However I purchased it for cooking and I feel it’s perfect! It is very easy to use and has a definite coconut flavour. Knowing it is 100% extra virgin coconut oil makes it feel more healthy too. I personally appreciate that it is vegan and paraben free. So far so good.

Melts easily with the heat from your fingers, and rubs into the skin easily. No strong smell. I expect it will be a week or more before I can say that it helps my son's eczema.
