Purchased as a Father's Day gift. We've used this no fuss/no frills model before in holiday accommodation and particularly like it's size (compact) and simplicity of use so was the perfect choice for my elderly father.

This does not have a UK plug or instructions in english

Quick and efficient service. My previous coffee machine leaked and I lost some of the coffee. This new one works really well, no leaks, fast and easy to use. Very happy with it.

I know the item is going to be great as I’ve had one before, but it was comes with a European plug and not a uk plug, which is a massive let down. Should really come with a uk plug or an adapter at least. Massive inconvenience

Good old faithful. This is my go to Nespresso machine. I have tried others over the years,but these fantastic machines always deliver an exceptional coffee. The crema is beautiful. Can not fault these machines

Ideally, it would be made clear in the blurb about the product that the machine comes with an EU plug. As the item is being sold in the UK it would be decent to provide an adaptor at the very least. Sadly I was so excited to buy this that I didn’t read the reviews first or I would have been prepared for all eventualities. Thankfully, we had two EU to UK adaptors at home. The fuse had blown in one and I had a bit of a panic attack thinking the machine was faulty but the second adaptor brought the machine to life. 7 Nespresso pods are included to get you started but you can buy compatible pods easily in most supermarkets. Instructions are simple and with good illustrations. Water leaked out the back the first time I used it, which I’m not used to experiencing with this model previously. If this continues I would likely return it. For £100 I expect a plug socket that is suitable for the country in which I’m buying the item and a leak free experience! Perhaps I’m asking too much! Disappointed but hopefully it will stand the test of time. Due to plug issue I’ve had to deduct stars.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchase. Machine purchased from Amazon UK. The delivered machine was EU standard, fitted with an EU plug. I have cut the plug off and put on a UK plug because I couldn't be bothered to return it, and there is no way I would use it through an adapter. Machine seems great. If it does fail at all, I'm sure to have a fight about warranty being invalid. Additional comment, 20/08/25 Tried to register the machine with Nespresso (and claim the £150 coffee vouchers). This is not possible - machine serial number is not recognised. Nespresso UK do not sell the DeLonghi machine (in the UK the Inissia machines are all made by Krupps. So the Amazon provided machine has no Nespresso warranty. As these machines are purchased from Amazon will Amazon honour the warranty (because quite often they simply try to defer to the product parent company). My previous Nespresso machine was purchased from John Lewis and came with a moulded UK plug with a 10A fuse. The Inissia is rated at 5.75A so the plug need the next fuse up from 5A, i.e 10A.

I recommend being careful when ordering electrical products. Although my Amazon account is set to Australia, I received this coffee machine with a European power plug rather than an Australian one. Before using it, I had to check that the voltage specifications were compatible with Australian standards to avoid any risk of damaging the machine. It would be helpful if Amazon clearly advised customers when a product does not include an Australian power lead. This was disappointing, as I was excited to use and register my coffee machine online, but the serial number was not recognised during the registration process. Overall, the product appears to be good, but the lack of information regarding the plug type and registration issues made the experience frustrating.
