Beautiful, fresh rice
I'm really happy with my purchase. The rice is very fresh. PRO TIP; store whole grain rice in the 'fridge. The oils in any whole grain rice get rancid really quickly.

Beware: this rice has a mildew smell and taste. Please don’t buy this rice. My review is for Samba red rice. I don’t know what the other review for that this rice is smell fresh. Not even 1 star. Ughhh

I can feel the goodness of this ancient rice
I tried this to make some idlis and definitely see how it’s more satisfying and filling due to the fiber content. Idlis are so soft and definitely more filling than regular white idlis. Yet to try cooking the rice as is but overall very satisfied with my purchase

Red Rice i liked it but not its not true mapilla samba This is not true Mapilla Samba. I went to authentic store in India and saw MapillaSamba rice, it looks completely different. I felt this rice is a red sona masoori rice , they are marketing as Mapilla Samba.
