I love these, I love meeden paints - such good value for money. Good choice of colours, satisfying to paint with and good vibrant colours. Very happy.

Had to write to agree with the other reviews, this paint is really very good. For such a cheap set of 24 at £15, this paint is a bargain. I actually wanted pans as they are so easy to use but actually, I'm glad I got the tubes as they are such a nice set it's simple to squeeze out a bit of colour on a palette, which U can always reuse. I have a shallow ice trying with a lid that I use to keep them fresher Altho even when they hardened after using, they reconstituted well enough. I love the Matt finish, it's unlike any other paint and it is brilliant for making designs and patterns , layering like acrylic but watering down like watercolours also. The range of colours is beautiful, peaches and pinks, various reds and crimsons, blues and yellows, its all there. And I made swatches of some really lovely greys. So if U want to start out with gouche, or need a new set, I really think you'll be happy with these. I honestly can't fault them. Altho U will need a larger white at some stage as one tends to use a lot of white with gouche. Definitely recommend this set. Size is plenty for sketchbook images and small -medium paintings.

Lovely set of paints just what I was looking for and good value for money

As an established full time fine artist and illustrator I normally use well known brands of paint but thought I'd try these as I had encountered mixed reviews. And surprisingly, I find them really good and excellent value for money so I will continue using them. However, I don't know how well they photograph yet and which is important for a professional artist. But if you just want a good selection of Guoache paints for a reasonable price then I'd say these are very good.

This paint was recommended by an Instagram art influencer who I follow. I was very pleased with the quality and how it behaved. This one re-activates upon putting water on it or additional layers of paint so be mindful of it if you are after something that you want to use for layering without colours mixing into each other. I would have liked to have 2 tubes of white in the set as I use that colour a lot for mixing into others but I suppose you cant have everything.

Amazing quality for the price I think it would be a great starter set to get used to gouache before moving onto a more expensive brand. It does come with one tube of titanium white but I would recommend looking into which whites are good to have with gouache. You will be using a lot of white paint to make different shades so investing in one professional quality white would overall make them much better to use. I don’t find the white in the set as opaque as another brand. Majority of the other colours are very vibrant and pigmented.

This gouache is really nice. It is very smooth, most of the colors are pretty opaque, and it is supposed to be lightfast (haven't tested this). There is a large variety of color, including primaries, secondaries and mixes, and you get a nice amount. They also work well if you leave them to dry; they rewet nicely. I have only done a few little paintings in my sketchbook so far, but I really like them. I also like that I used to have the Himi gouache, which I enjoyed, but it dried up on me, so I'm glad these game in tubes instead of jelly pots.

Senza lode ne infamia. Più trasparenti delle gouache a cui sono abituata (non è una cosa negativa in se per se. Ma all'acquisto va valutata). Tre colori sono stranamente granulosi Cobalt Blue, Burnt Sienna e Burnt Umber. Buon prezzo per la quantità (al litro sono comparabili con la versione da 36 colori 12 ml della himi)

I colori a tempera, cioè diluibili con acqua sono ottimi,buona resa cromatica e coprono l'intera gamma di colori.Li uso per pittura su legno,ma penso vadano bene per qualsiasi supporto.

Excellent gouache set! The colors are vibrant, smooth, and highly pigmented, with great coverage and easy blending. . Paints re-activate well with water and don’t feel chalky. Great quality for the price—highly recommend for students and artists alike.
