My dog has been suffering with severe allergy problems for about 7 years. I experimented with many foods and settled on Taste of the Wild about 2 yrs ago. This helped some but still did not keep her comfortable. She smelled bad, had constant skin issues (infections, flaky skin, excessive oiliness), ripped her hair out by the bushel, had chronic ear infections with weepy goopy eyes, and acted obsessive compulsively about licking herself. Repeated trips to the vet produced sympathetic responses, but nothing that really helped. I had to treat her ears pretty much every day with Otomax or Panalog or she had them ripped open and bleeding. She couldn't be outside for very long because she would get excessively itchy. Giving her antihistamines and bathing her with cortizone were somewhat useful but I didn't feel it addressed the problem, just covered the symptoms enough to make things bearable for her. A friend of mine whose dog seemed to have similarly severe issues told me that she tried putting her dog on probiotics and saw an improvement. Willing to give it a try I purchased this product and the Probiotic Miracle in mid-December. When it arrived, I was skeptical that it would help; after all, if this was the answer, why didn't the vet recommend doing this a long time ago? Well, I will tell you that my dog has been on this for a month, and she is growing all of her hair back, she no longer smells awful, she has not had a single ear infection, and she is generally much calmer and happier. She is still getting some eye goopiness but that may be things working their way out or due to the dryness in the house since it's winter. We'll see if it keeps up. I was told by my friend that the person who told her about using probiotics said that you need to give them for as many months as the dog is old in years to see the true results. I have 10 months to go in that case, but I am thrilled so far. I would highly recommend this combination for anyone with a dog who has allergic problems or just skin issues in general. I am going to try them for my cat next because she loves to barf her food on my carpets, and I am wondering if this will help with that.

For the record, the 3 cats I care for eat a plant-based cat food formula. One of them would have blood in their stool, and another would have smelly clumpy poops. Its possible that their food's high plant content could play a role. But adding these enzymes has helped eliminate those issues. No more bloody stools!

I was inspired to write the review taking a look at my healthy 15-year-old pup after last year being worried about unexplained weight loss and being bony. It was upsetting to the veterinarians who suggested we do bloodwork which all came back pretty normal so they did not know how to explain it. I did my own research and found this product. I've been using it on his food as well as my two other pups for over a year now and he is so robust not bony at all healthy weight and full of energy as well as illustrious coat. I do give the pups a few other supplements so I don't know if it can all be attributed, but I do know that the weight loss specifically seemed to reverse from taking this so if you are dealing with a dog's unexplained weight loss I highly recommend this product..

This seems to work very well and my cat doesn't mind it. I temporarily switched to another product that my cat would have nothing to do with when it was put in her food. This one, however, is readily acceptedcin her food. So, I believe the claim it has no taste or smell. It really seems a good product that is helping my cat with health issuss. It would be 5 stars if not for the deceptive packaging! Nusentia! - Either fill the container up as a bulk version and charge more or use an appropriately sized container! You could always offer 3 sizes, right? I find your use of a huge container less than half full deceptive, wasteful, environmentally destrhctive and incknsiderate of buyers, so you lose a star!

Truly an amazing product because my dog used to get an upset stomach all the time from any food I would give him and now after adding the Enzyme Miracle he Happy Barks whenever I make his dinner and doesn't have an upset stomach!!!

we have an 8month old jack Russell cross staffie. after reading up on the internet about this product, I decided it was what our Dexter needed. its a product that has helped him no end. he's a lot more regular, and has settled down to become a normal little dog. he seems more energetic as well. his poo is a lot firmer as well. it seems that the cross breads seem to lack enzymes. so getting this was a great buy. but buyers beware, as its from the states, and I live in the UK, I had to pay import tax. it was £15.50 extra, but it was well worth it. it doesn't work straight away, it take a few weeks, but the results are great. just a pity its not on sale in the UK. also the postage was very quick, even though it came from the USA. very happy with the product and its results. I short it does what it says on the tin.. its a plastic container, and is sealed, it comes with a little scoop as well, there no horrible smells from it either. so additives seem to have a horrible smell to them, but this is fine. Dexter ate his breakfast and dinner with out really taking any notice of what was sprinkled over the top of it. our other jack Russell uses it as well, and again great results. would recommend to anyone, helped the little guys to lead a normal life. many thanks...

Upset stomach and diarrhea no more. Our 13yr old whippet has struggled to digest any food well since she was 2. We’ve been to vet food specialists and tried everything you can list including a whole allergen protocol. The only thing that works is a simple ground with bones raw food, rotating proteins through duck, chicken, rabbit, sardines and the right enzymes are a must, even though she is not an EPI dog. I’d say she’s close. We’ve tried them and it worked but she doesn’t like the way it tastes. We used an enzyme that went on backorder for months and I had to start trying others. After 2-3 fails, we found nusentia. This is excellent stuff. We stayed with it even though the other was back in stock eventually. We feed raw whole food saw it’s moist and easy to stir in. As compared to other enzymes this one is a fine powdery grind that should work well with anything damp. It seems to have no disagreeable taste to her and zero smell. We use double what they suggest but that’s common for our whippet so the cost is higher for us. I order the large jar now. The small one is great to try it out. Definitely a great product.

So far so good. I started with the half dose for a week and just started the full dose today but we haven't had any vomiting or diarrhea? So far I feel like the questions about how was the item come to the box too soon to know for sure, that's why the four stars.

Helps lessen the frequency of pancreatitis attacks.

This product did not work for my German Shepherd (who was diagnosed with Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency) at all. After a month of use she actually lost more weight. Have moved onto another Enzyme replacement product. Hopefully that does the job.
