ELEMIS Shaving Gel 200ml – Foaming Shave Gel for Men with Aloe Vera, Witch Hazel & English Oak

I am in my 50s so have used many shaving creams, gels and foams over the years. I will also add l have sensitive skin . This is not cheap l agree, but as we all know you get what you pay for . This certainly has to be the best shave l have ever had . One can will last you months if used correctly. So it works out not to expensive if you look at it like that . You barely need the size of a pee squirted into the palm of your hand together with a couple of drops of warm water, to lather into a generous amount of super slick cream. I myself do 3 passes per shave , so use 3 squirts from the can each time l have a shave ( every day) if you follow my guidelines the tin will last a long long time. Easily lathers up and once shave is finished you are left with a super clean shave with no nicks whatsoever!!! It’s truly amazing. Not only that you’re face feels super fresh, clean and tingling . I really could go on but it’s easier if you just buy yourself a tin . Enjoy!!!

My husband loves this, it is now the only shaving foam he will use, lasts him a long time, shaving once per week, no irritation to his skin. He ran out of it recently and has been moaning that he has to use the other brands so had to buy it asap and got a good deal on it.

Superb product, can’t make my mind up which is better, this or Clinique. You certainly don’t need much.

I like this product, there is more substance to the cheaper alternative products on the market, yes its a little expensive, but it does last for a long time and you don't need to use large amounts. I have rated 4* purely because it is a little more expensive, but I do like the Elemis product range for men

I had been introduced to Elemis many yrs ago via a beauty therapist. I have used the shave gel as well as the sos survival cream . It’s a shame they no longer produce the sos though. The shave gel is thick and creamy and you don’t need to use much when applying to the face. It always leaves my face feeling really good, and I would recommend this product to any man or woman buying for a man to get it , I don’t think you’ll look back . I’ve never used another product since being introduced to this and were talking 14 yrs, and it’s an essential part of my grooming regime.

I bought for how much! Ok I know it seems expensive? But on reflection lasts for ages skin feels smooth afterwards. After using my previous shaving gel and thinking that was good until recently having to keep changing my blades and reapplying the gel and finding it didn’t last as long anymore! But have used this gel previously and much more superior than my previous. Better lather and smoother on the skin and easier to apply. Very good with my razor and doesn’t require changing of razor blades so often. No stinging afterwards. Would I recommend too right👍👍

I was a little sceptical about this gel given it's high price and having been a little underwhelmed by the Elemis shower gel I'd bought. I purchased this in October 2019, I shave 2 - 3 times a week, we're now in May 2020 and this still hasn't run out! You need a tiny amount of product to get a thick lather that will coat your stubble and give you a really smooth shave. I've tried lathering up in my hand before applying to my face but find that a small pea sized dot applied by finger tip to each side of the face and then applied in a circular motion is usually enough to provide ample coverage. The cooling effect is not as pronounced as I expected it to be having read other reviews but it does leave your skin feeling refreshed and with a subtle cooling tingle. This is a fantastic product, use it sparingly and you'll get months of top shaving from it.

Only a small bit is needed to create a thick smooth lather that gives me the best shave in fifty years. It feels absolutely terrific.Ad a fresh harry's blade and you will not be sorry. make sure you use a hot towel before and after then a cold towel to close your pours. A small pea size dab of Elemis lotion any you are set for there day.

This is the best shave gel, bar none. You use just a very small amount and it covers your whole face with a very pleasant, not strongly scented, cool, foam - this provides an extremely close, comfortable shave with no burn whatsoever. It leaves a nice cool finish, or cleans off easily with a little water.

The best shave gel I have ever used. It's pricey and not always in stock but lasts a long time. I preferred the old bottle design. The dispenser on mine broke off on the new model. It still works but won't stay on. If you have sensitive skin this is a great product. I use it to shave my head and face.

Works great and I love the cooling sensation. Leaves me feeling moisturized all day, especially when I combine it with the Nivea After Shave Balm. Great for frigid northeast winters.
