Great light colour spectrum is fantastic I've have had 2 of these and the first one lasted about a year so for the price and quality I definitely recommend for the right sized tank it's easy to fix if you have somewhere to locate the legs.

I recently decided to switch tanks from a 90l to a 300l so was in desperate need of a light that was large enough while also providing adequate light for my plants. So when I stumbled upon this I thought it looked like great quality and decided to give it a go. •The light seems to be made of decent quality and provides a wide variety of light options ie intensity of light, color spectrum, and 24 hour timers. •The remote attached to the light is simple and straight forward while giving you exactly what you need. •Extremely easy to use but the instructions provided can help with any confusion. •I have managed to drip some water on the light unit and there has been no issues so it seems to be waterproof to that extent. •My plants look lovely and green under the light but time will tell on if it is sufficient for growth or not. Overall, I’d say this light is functional, easy to use, and worth the price. Time will tell on how well it holds up over time.

I’ve tested the SEAOURA LED Full Spectrum Aquarium Light over the past few weeks on a 20-gallon planted setup, and I’m genuinely impressed with the feature set for this price point. The full-spectrum output (white, red, blue, green) provides a pleasant color balance and appears to support steady growth in low- to medium-light plants such as Anubias, Cryptocoryne, and Java fern. The 24/7 automatic cycle is particularly well done — the gradual sunrise and sunset transitions add realism to the aquarium and help reduce stress for fish. Brightness control is smooth, and the included controller is easy to use once you get used to its layout. That said, the light intensity is moderate, and for deeper tanks or demanding species (like carpeting plants or red varieties), additional lighting or CO₂ supplementation may be required. The housing is lightweight plastic, which keeps it affordable but slightly less premium in feel. Also, the timer resets after power interruptions, so a backup timer could be useful. Overall, this is a well-designed and cost-effective lighting solution for most community and planted aquariums under 60 cm deep. SEAOURA has managed to combine useful functionality with an accessible price, making this a solid choice for beginner and intermediate aquascapers.

Amazing quality

At the start the product works well and generates good lighting however after few months it stops working. Same reported fault with many buyers.

Customer service team are excellent! They responded quickly and went above and beyond to help supply me with a new set of brackets when I lost mine. The light itself is fantastic value for money and grows plants really well! Would definitely purchase again :)

I have three of the smallest size on separate aquariums and oh my, do they ever pack a punch! Plants go crazy under them and my fish just radiate colour, the white lighting colour is a really nice natural (6500k) colour but you can cool it by turning some of the blue LEDS on (I run the white/colour on 7-8/10 and the blue on the 3/10 setting). The provided timer settings are really convenient and work really well (they do get slightly out of sync so you occasionally have to re-set it, but it's a small price to pay for the rest of the value they have to offer. Feedback for the manufacture, please make another version that's a bit slimmer width ways! I want to put another set on my Fluval Spec 60L (There isn't many third party options for this tank let alone good quality cheap ones) and the sliding rails take up so much width of the light (overall the light is 8.7cm wide) that it doesn't fit in the recess on the lid, if the rails were closer into the body of the light slimming the overall width down to 7.2-7.3cm they'd fit the recess in the lid perfectly 🙌.

Not waterproof. 9 months and mine have failed. I would not recommend.

So many different setting and the timer is awesome. My fish tank plants love it as well, my leaves have been growing larger.

I absolutely love this light. I bought it for my 5 gallon fish tank. I purchased the 12-18 inch light. I like that the length is expandable and retractable so that it can fit how I want it to across my tank. I love the timer settings that I can set for three, six or twelve hour intervals and they will be continuous until I choose to change it. I like that I can change the brightness of the light. There are a variety of options for the light's intensity ranging from super bright to a subtle soft light. I feel like it's going to be really good for my plants. I've already noticed a substantial improvement in my betta fish. He seems a lot happier. I like that it gradually turns on in the morning and it gradually turns off at night so that it's not such a shock to the fish. The item arrived well packaged in a solid box. No damage and not previously used. It came with clear and easy to understand instructions. It has only been a couple of days but I'm really happy with my purchase and I know our betta, Blaze, would say likewise.
