I ordered these to customize in my laser and one concern is that they will arrive safely without breaking and that they will be a consistent product. Being a natural stone, there will be variations but these do all seem to be about the same thickness and diameter. They have a nice natural feel but are smooth enough that they will take an engraving quite well. I'm very happy with these coasters and look forward to customizing them.

The majority of the coasters showed up with no issues. Keep in mind that they are NOT individually wrapped. Only one coaster showed up broken and there was some chipping to a handful of the other coasters. With that said, they engraved nicely with my 10W laser. I will likely purchase again due to the price.

This ones are definitely thinner than others I have used in the past but overall most of them worked great for laser engraving.

I bought these for a class I taught in using etching cream. They were well packaged for shipping, every 2 coasters were wrapped with bubble wrap. There were a few minor chips in the edges of a couple of the coasters, nothing more than you'd expect from natural slate. The small rubbery feet were evenly placed.We used permanent vinyl and Etchall etching cream to apply a design to the coasters. They turned out very well. I will definitely buy these again.

Perfect if you need a neutral coaster - does “flake” if hit or dropped

I use these for laser engraving. The dimensions are very uniform which makes it easy to center and focus my laser. Saves me a lot of time not having to readjust before each piece. My customers love them.
