Tried it, doesn't work for me

works, but doesn't taste particularly good, avoid the tongue!

This product did improve my snoring but also had a side effect that I have not seen mentioned anywhere else. I have a hiatus hernia which means I often suffer from reflux and take steps and medication to control it. But after using this product for a week I realised that it was actually causing severe reflux which meant several sleepless nights, unable to lie down comfortably. I will be returning it.

My husband has snored all of our married life (30years)I used to kick him out of bed and he would sleep in the huffy room... but I could still hear him droning on through the wall. So I built a bedroom extension at the other end of the house .... blissful silence, so problem solved. That is until we go away on holiday, its a toss up as to who might kill who first. Theres me constantly jumping in and out of bed all night long with my hot flushes and my darling hubby bless him, driving the pigs home from market for all he's worth. Nothing has really worked for us, especially those nose strips, which just peeled the skin off his nose poor thing. You just have to rise above it and cope the best way you can. As far as the Snoreeze throat spray goes.. I would say yes try it, it does take the edge off the snoring a little, I could still hear him despite the ear plugs, but hubby said he could feel the difference as soon as he used it and that it gave him a more comfortable nights sleep. Allright for some eh! xx

Started using this and so far it’s working a treat.

I tried this over a period of 2 weeks and unfortunately it did not work well for me. I also did not like the scent/flavouring of the spray I found it made the experience of the spray that extra bit less unenjoyable to use. My partner noticed no improvement to my snoring loudness or intensity. That being said this is my own experience, and your own mileage may vary.

I ordered this out of desperation, off on a girls holiday and my snoring is so bad I wake myself up 🙈 got one of those sleep trackers on my phone and my snoring was off the scale, on night one of using the spray the recordings were of gentle inhales and exhales, my husband said at one point he had to check I was still breathing ir was so quiet 🤣🤣🤣 fingers crossed this will cure my worries about my room mates getting no sleep 🤣

I hate the fact I snore and that it disturbs my wife and children. Mind you, it disturbs me too as I often wake myself up or get woken up with a shove in the ribs. Snoreeze doesn't get rid of this for me but it does ease the extent to which I snore and so I think it's worth the cost on that basis alone. I've heard a number of people heavily snoring on early morning trains and whilst annoying, the most interesting part is when the snorer 'comes to' and fellow passengers around him act as if it never happened... If I was completely confident, I would love to test Snoreeze on a long flight or train journey. The bottle has a long nozzle which flips up and a press on the lid shoots a measure of Snoreeze into the back of your mouth. The instructions say to shoot three of these and then hold it there for 20 seconds before swallowing. The taste of this stuff isn't an issue at all, it's a white gel-like consistency and I think it's a fairly pleasant menthol taste. Anyway, 20 seconds and a swallow later, the sensation is one of being able to breathe clearer and a wish it will work tonight. Other reviewers have spoken about finding the type of snorer you are (how do you do this?) but I would recommend trying Snoreeze and may the gods of a good nights sleep be with you. zzzzz.....

Snoreeze really works. In response to desperate pleas to do something about my snoring, and wanting to avoid surgery or CPAP, I searched for this product which I'd used with success a decade earlier. I can't understand why this isn't available in US shops, but thankfully it is available through the magic of the interweb. A couple squirts in the back of the throat before bed is all it takes. The taste is good and the results are better. Unfortunately, you must use it every night, but I find that after a few good nights of sleep, my wife doesn't notice if I skip using here or there.
