That's a heavy, solid bar! Great gnarling for a solid grip. I just got it but can't wait to get it hooked up on the cable machine for tomorrow's workout!

This bar was surprisingly heavy (15.5 lbs). It is well made and looks great. I use it on my double pulley functional trainer. The knurling is quite aggressive, no danger of loosing grip. Some may prefer to use gloves. You will need to add an additional 15 lbs to your weight stack to compensate for the bar weight. Very impressed and happy with my purchase.
